Therapeutic Masssage

This wellness massage addresses specific muscular pain of one area and tension. A combination of clinical techniques are used to free constricted fascia, soften & lengthen muscle fibers and reduce trigger point referred pain. Expect some light effleurage to warm muscle tissues before medium to some deep pressure is applied. Each session will include 5-10 minutes of moist heat therapy. If you have several issues say a shoulder and low back please book a back, neck and shoulder massage session.
Deep Tissue
This service is a technique that may be added to the therapeutic massage session above for an additional fee of $25.00 per session
Deep Tissue is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff trouble spots in your body. It involves using slow, deliberate and repetitive pressure and strokes that focus heavy pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, and other tissues deep under your skin. Expect firm, prolonged "deep" pressure with this technique.
Comprehensive Back Therapy
60 minutes ~ $80-105.00 with deep tissue
The same therapeutic massage as explained above, however the full 60 minutes is exclusively on the back. Includes 8-10 minutes of moist heat therapy followed by 50 minutes of treatment. Price range reflects body density as well as the amount of intense deep tissue
Target Massage
30 minutes with cold / moist heat therapy ~ $45.00
45 minutes with cold / moist heat therapy ~ $60.00
This massage focuses on a very specific area. Stiff neck, too much yard work, raking or shoveling. Whatever area is under stress or discomfort this massage will address it helping to relieve strain and reduce pain
