Evenings (5-8pm) are offered 2-3 nights per week and vary each week.
We are closed two days per week, those days vary week to week as well.
Scheduling
When calling to schedule an appointment, please keep in mind evenings and weekends tend to book quickly and in advance, as they are the most sought after time frames. It may take 7-14 days advance notice to book at these times.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and therapists, we require the following policies to be honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment for the time you are unable to make. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice I reserve the right to charge in full for the scheduled session time.

Please understand we recognize that emergencies come up, and we are very lenient with notice time, but we do require at least an attempt of a courtesy call. No shows are not tolerated as it shows no respect for the therapist or our business. Groupon vouchers will always be considered redeemed if no cancelation call is given to us.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Also please do not think you can cancel and reschedule your appointment because you are going to be late, you will be expected to pay for your full scheduled appointment. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for full payment for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
No-shows
